Booking Name: Provide your full name or the name under which the service was booked under. This helps us identify your account and assist you more efficiently.

Invoice: Include the relevant invoice number associated with your transaction. This will enable us to quickly access your billing information and address your inquiry accurately.

Address the Bin Was Delivered To: Please specify the address to which the waste bin was delivered. This information is crucial in ensuring that we can assist you with the correct service and location.

Once you’ve sent an email to the provided address with the necessary details, our Accounts Team will review your inquiry and get back to you as soon as possible. We are committed to providing timely and efficient customer support to address any account-related questions or concerns you may have.

You can book a bin online through our homepage by clicking the “Book a Bin” button located on the top right-hand corner of our main page.

Yes, you can also book a bin by calling us at 1300 131 918 and speaking to one of our Customer Service team members.

For same-day deliveries, please contact us before 10 am Monday to Friday. And before 9am on a Saturday. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Bin pick-ups require up to 24 to 72 hours’ notice for scheduling.

We require the following information:

  • Material: Specify the type of waste or material you will be disposing of.
  • Site Contact: Provide contact information for the person responsible for the site.
  • Instructions: Share any specific instructions or requirements for the delivery or pick-up.
  • Restrictions: If there are any restrictions or limitations at your site. please inform us e.g., one way street, tight street, low overhanging powerlines etc.
  • Access Codes: If there are any access codes or keys required to reach the location, please provide them.

An excess weight charge of $297 per tonne will automatically apply to your card when the weight limit is exceeded. General Waste encompasses a mixture of non-hazardous, lightweight materials commonly discarded in standard bins. This category includes a mixture of Furniture, Textiles, Wood, Gyprock, Metal, Fittings and Fixtures, Timber, Branches, Leaves, Grass, Soil, Bricks, Stone, along with everyday household and various miscellaneous items not designated for recycling or special disposal. Be mindful that Extra Charge items apply, and Prohibited items are not accepted.

The provided price is specifically for Clean Masonry, Clean Masonry encompasses only Bricks, Concrete, Dry Cement, Asphalt/Bitumen, Blocks, Stone, Tiles including Terracotta, Rocks, Limestone, Granite, Marble, Slate, Pavers, Pebbles, Cobblestones, Lime Mortar. Be mindful that no other material can go into this bin. Any Concrete over 500mm please call for a Quote.

Clean Mixed Heavies encompasses only Soil, Gravel, Dry Cement, Concrete, Dirt, Sand, Asphalt/Bitumen, Clay, Bricks, Blocks, Stone, Tiles including Terracotta, Rocks, Limestone, Granite, Marble, Slate, Pavers, Pebbles, Cobblestones, Lime Mortar. Be mindful that no other material can go into this bin.

Clean Mixed Heavy Waste has a higher price due to its weight-based nature, ensuring you know exactly what you’re paying for. General Waste can lead to uncertainty if filled with heavy construction materials such as soil, gravel, cement, dirt, sand, asphalt/bitumen, clay, bricks, stone, tiles (including terracotta), rocks, limestone, granite, marble, slate, pavers, pebbles, cobblestones, and lime mortar. Heavy materials require extra effort equipment, and safety precautions during transportation and disposal, adding to the costs. While our Clean Mixed Heavy Waste pricing may seem higher, it covers the complexities and expenses of handling heavier materials. We remain committed to offering quality same day service and competitive rates.

Our Terms and Conditions are accessible on our official website. You can locate them by navigating to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ tab or scrolling down to the footer. We strongly recommend reading them before booking a bin with us.

Extra charge items refer to specific materials, such as tyres, mattresses, tree stumps that incur additional fees for disposal. Prohibited items are not allowed in the bin at all. For more details, refer to our Terms and Conditions.

We currently service areas within 100kms of our depo in Beverley Hills, NSW 2209

If you plan to put a skip bin on your own private property you do not need to apply for a council permit. However, if your skip is going on the street or on the nature strip, a council permit may be required; please contact the council directly. Please note that you do not need to apply for a permit for the City of Randwick, Inner West or Woollahra Council, as we currently hold a permit for these jurisdictions.

You can keep the bin for up to 7 days, with collection schedules on the 8th day anytime between 7am and 5pm. If you wish to extend beyond the agreed period, there is a cost of $25 per additional day or $99 per additional week. Please notify us at least one business day before your scheduled bin collection if you wish to extend.

You are not allowed to put asbestos, fibro, liquid or chemical waste, gas cylinders, batteries. You can contact us to see if what you plan to dispose of is allowed. Should you require any of the above to be disposed of, please contact us to arrange a safe disposal.

We can deliver, changeover or pick-up bins between 7am to 11am on Saturday. Please note that we are closed on Sundays.

You don’t need to be present during delivery or pickup. However, if you have specific instructions, please inform our team of the desired bin delivery location. You can email us at [email protected] or note it during the “Booking a Bin” process on the checkout page.

You can specify the pickup date while booking online. For any amendments, contact us at 1300 131 918, please note 24-48 hours’ notice is required.
